Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items with original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)..

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How does the delivery process work?

How are items packaged?

We package our products in outer boxes, which are then covered in a Tamper proof plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging. .

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 3-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, this might delay your order. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Re-shipping policy

Definition of re-shipment : Reshipment of order happens when customer didn’t received order (returned to our warehouse) Beautytalk has to pay for shipping charge + RTO charge

• If customer wants to Cancel and we will refund once the RTO is initiated
